Project Management
Founder and CEO
Juan Lopez
With more than 25 years of experience as a general contractor, landscape designer and contractor, and stone mason, Mr. Lopez founded the company with a continued vision of historic preservation and modern-day construction. He currently oversees the business with an experienced team in the field and in the front office and in the field. His experience includes several National Historic Landmarks:
Mission San Antonio de Padua: His talents were utilized for the Franciscan Library remodel at this historic Mission — founded as the third California Mission. This work included matching the historic brick floors of the mission as his team restored one of the most important parts of the mission complex.
Mission Santa Barbara: His team coordinated and delicately carried out the revamp of the plumbing in the Franciscan-occupied historic Convento wing of the mission.
Mission Santa Ines: With utmost care, his team worked with the local band of Chumash Indians and mission officials to successfully relocate the Junípero Serra statue.
El Presidio de Santa Barbara: As a talented stone mason, Mr. Lopez played a major role in the sandstone additions to Santa Barbara's first building site at El Presidio.
In addition, Mr. Lopez and his team have covered all areas of local construction from entire homes, to foundations to intricate repairs, remodels and additions. He is passionate, and boasts a unique experience of having successfully worked with a variety of National Historic Landmarks statewide as well as homes and businesses throughout the greater Santa Barbara area.
